In its’ 11th year, our Charity Shop remains firmly established in the heart of South Liverpool, on the bustling Allerton Road high street. The shop, often regarded as a community in its own right, plays a vital part in raising funds to enhance the work Nugent does locally. The shop is one of the most popular in the area, with lots of regular customers.

Nugent are excited to offer the opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to manage our Charity Shop. This role will form part of the Fundraising, Marketing and Communications team and will be integral to the delivery of the charity’s income generation target. The successful candidate, will have retail management experience, be commercially aware, passionate about the charity sector, and keen to engage with your local community.

As Charity Shop Manager, you will provide a welcoming and commercial environment for our customers. Highly organised, you will co-ordinate donations to gain the best value by selling them through the Charity Shop, external recycling organisations or online. Responsible for creative displays and seasonal merchandising you will manage a team of volunteers to deliver a high standard of retail operations to ensure the customer has a positive shopping experience.
